Debt Collection
I can help you collect monies that are owed to you by
writing a letter on your behalf and negotiating for you. This
is what is called a “letter of demand”.
If this does
not produce a result, I can advise you as to your legal rights
and the avenues available to you through the courts or tribunals
to enforce your rights.
The fee for this is usually between $75 and $150 plus GST. Of course,
if proceedings are instigated, costs and disbursements will be
incurred. I will be pleased to advise you accordingly. |
